We collect your data when you submit it to AIM School in a submission form, survey, email, telephone, live chat or other form of submission (which would be made clear at the time).
We may request and store basic information such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number on our systems. We may, on occasion, request additional personal information. This information (some of which may be deemed as sensitive personal data) is requested in order to provide the specific service you are seeking.
This information will be securely retained based on your legitimate interest, following relevant data protection regulations, including the EU GDPR 2018
We will store your data securely, it will only be accessible by authorised persons for the purposes stated within this policy. We will not share your data with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your service request, which will be outlined for you at the time.
Using your data
Some of the data you provide, stripped of your personal information, may be used for statistical and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, using your general location to build a "map" of where our enquiries are in order to identify areas of higher demand where we may wish to deliver training in the future.
Contacting you using your data

We will use your data to contact you in order to fulfil this service request. This may include initial phone calls from our Career Advisers and emails informing you about the career you are interested in, including sales, offers and discounts.
As it can take up to 12 months to get from enquiry to booking, we may continue to communicate with you with the legal basis under GDPR of legitimate interest for this period of time. Your Career Adviser may get in touch with information that may be relevant and useful to you, including information that may allow you financially to make your career change. You will also be sent out a monthly newsletter with information about the career you are considering and advice on making your career change and you may occasionally receive sales, offers and discounts.

Terms of enrolment
Please read all General Terms and Conditions of Enrolment in full before enrolling on a module(s), as they apply to all bookings and are deemed incorporated into your contract with AIM School. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Prior to enrolment, you will need to confirm that you have read our price guide, accessed our website, and/or talked with one of our Careers Advisors, to decide which module(s) is best for your needs. While we will do all that we can to help you make the right choice, the ultimate decision is yours and yours alone.
For any queries, please write us an e-mail support@aimschool.pro.
Cancellation
By signing your Enrolment Form you are agreeing to undertake your training. You have the right to cancel your module(s), providing we receive the request in writing within 14 days of you signing your enrolment form. After 14 days of signing, no cancellations are permitted and no refunds will be given. If you cancel within the 14 days you must return all training materials supplied at your own expense and apply in writing for a refund. All items must arrive in the condition in which you received them, otherwise you will be charged their replacement value.
When you book a package consisting of 2 or more modules, you are purchasing a single product. Once the first module has commenced, the whole course is deemed to have commenced. All courses must be completed within 1 year of your training commencing.
Deferrals
Booking a practical course is like booking a holiday: once a place is sold to one person, it becomes unavailable to others. The closer to the booked date, the more difficult it is to sell the place to someone else. If you get into a situation where you feel you must defer your booked date on a practical course or assessment, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, there will be a charge.
If you fail to contact us to arrange a deferral prior to a workshop, you will forfeit your place and will therefore be required to pay for the module again if you wish to re-book. If, owing to unforeseen circumstances, AIM School is compelled to change the agreed date or venue for a practical course or assessment, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and will take reasonable steps to book you onto the earliest available practical course or assessment convenient to you.
Refer a Friend Scheme
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern this Offer. Claim instructions form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate. Please read the following Terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.
Qualifying Purchases
A “Qualifying Purchase” is the purchase of any AIM School Course.
